Account deletion
Delete your account, and everything with it.
You can do this yourself from the app in under a minute. It deletes everything, immediately, and it cannot be undone.
From the app
- Sign in at app.untimer.com, or open the Android app.
- Open Settings, and scroll to Your account at the bottom.
- If you want a copy first, choose Download my data. The download is one JSON file with everything you recorded.
- Choose Delete my account, type the word delete to confirm, and choose Delete everything.
You are signed out, and the account is gone. The steps are the same in the browser and in the Android app.
What is deleted
Everything. Untimer removes your account and email address, every session and every note the moment you confirm. It removes your settings, your daily totals, your milestones and every phone registered for its push with them. Deletion is final.
What is kept
Only the hosting provider's ordinary server logs, which carry IP addresses and request times and no account data. They expire on their own schedule.
If you cannot sign in
Write to privacy@untimer.com from the email address on the account, with the subject "Delete my Untimer account". A person will confirm it is you, delete the account and reply to say it is done. That normally takes a few days, and thirty at the very most.
Retention period
Untimer keeps none. Deletion happens when you confirm it, with no waiting period and no deactivated state first.
